Reception Theory

 1) The preferred reading of a media text is what the media wants the audience to see in a good way and what they want you to notice

2) The opposition reading of media text is what the media doesn't want the audience to see and think.

3)  The trailer wants they  audience to think that all kids are not scared of their parents and there rebellious  and they dont listen to their parents. It also wants the audience to think that teens are more likely to form a gang and that they like being violent

4) Young people reject this reading and construct an opposition reading of the trailer because not all young kids are not as rebellious as them and they want to have a good and successful future unlike the other kids

"a meal disguised in a meal" suggests that the big mac burger is really fulling as it has a lot of layers which is full of food. it could suggests that buying the burgher would be a good decision and that its really tasty and everyone likes the burger. However some people would think that there is no point of buying the burger as its too big to finish so they would question why McDonald makes such big burgers wen there are smaller better burgers and they wouldn't be willing to pay the price of a big mac so they decide to get a smaller and cheaper burger which means they wouldn't waste the food and they would've spent less money on a a burger
